President McClure has announced the election of five prominent African Americans to the Lane College Board of Trustees. Newly-elected Trustees include: Dr. Bryan L. Champion, Atty. George W. Haley, Dr. Phedonia Jones Johnson, Rev. Larry W. Ross, and Mr. Franklin D. West.

These distinguished Trustees will attend their first meeting as Trustees at the Board’s September 2012 meeting.
