Leadership and Visions The Lane College Community Development Corporation (LCCDC) is funded by a grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The LCCDC is a type of non-profit entity that is characterized by community based leadership in the areas of housing, workforce development, community development and neighborhood revitalization.
Vision I: Plan economic development, neighborhood stabilization, housing revitalization, and programs for the homeless.
Vision II: Establish a Conflict Resolution Center to include Mediation, Negotiation, Arbitration, Arbitration Training and Certification for community constituents.
Vision III: Provide entrepreneurial support to small businesses including service learning linkage with Lane College.
Vision IV: Provide technical support for small business development.
Vision V: Develop an Emergency Response Plan for business and residents in the service area.
