Any and all other events that may occur during the week of Homecoming, in which the name of Lane College is misappropriated and misused by other persons or entities, are not recognized by Lane College in any manner whatsoever as a college-sanctioned event, and no liability that may ensue as a result of any boisterous, illegal, or illicit actions that occur at such non-sanctioned events shall attach to Lane College in any manner whatsoever.
