Apply for FAFSA

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is a form that can be prepared annually by current and prospective college students in the United States to determine their eligibility for student financial aid.

HOW AND WHEN TO APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID

All students seeking federal student aid should file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. Go to the FAFSA website online at www.fafsa.gov. We recommend you contact Lane College’s Financial Aid Office to learn the best methods to receive the maximum aid that you will need.

February 1 is the priority deadline for Lane College. Tennessee students are encouraged to submit the FAFSA or RENEWAL FAFSA on or before February 1 of each year to receive maximum consideration for the Tennessee Student Assistance Award.
