Jackson, Tenn (November 4, 2024) – The Lane College Pre-Alumni Council is thrilled to announce the upcoming Miss UNCF Lane College Pageant, a celebration of talent, beauty, and community spirit. The event will take place on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., in the Graves Auditorium in the Chambers-McClure Academic Center.
This year's pageant theme, “The Princess and the Frog,” promises an enchanting evening filled with creativity and inspiration as our contestants showcase their unique talents and embody the values of the theme. The illustrious evening will feature three remarkable contestants:
Ebony Lee, Sophomore Biology Major from Caurathersville, MO
Kenzley Lowe, Freshman Education Major from West Memphis, AR
Tanesha Wilson, Junior Business Major from Memphis, TN
Each contestant brings their own flair and passion to the stage, vying for the title of Miss UNCF Lane College. This event not only highlights their individual accomplishments but also aims to raise awareness and support for the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) and its mission to assist students in achieving their educational dreams. The contestant who is crowned Miss UNCF Lane College will compete for the National Miss UNCF title at the 2025 National Alumni and Pre-Alumni Councils Leadership Conference on February 20-23 in Memphis, TN.
