The Lane College Office of Alumni Affairs is proud to announce the 40 Under 40 Ascending Leaders Program. This redesign restores the aspirational goal of recognizing 40 outstanding individuals under the age of 40 who embody the mission and strategic pillars of Lane College. The award will honor alumni, friends, and emerging partners of the College—spotlighting those who are ascending leaders across fields while reinforcing Lane’s brand as a launchpad for excellence.
The 40 honorees will be chosen based on their professional expertise, achievements, dedication to charitable and community initiatives, and commitment and contributions to Lane College. The recipients will be honored at the 2025 Homecoming celebration during the 40 Under 40 Awards Ceremony on Friday, October 10, 2025.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be under 40 as of December 31 in the award year.
- Demonstrated impact in one or more of the following:
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship
- Public Service or Advocacy
- Arts, Culture, or Athletics
- Philanthropy and Community Building
- Emerging Career Success
